I am an adventurous soul. I love to travel and experience new and beautiful places and cultures. I love to hike. LOVE to hike. I continue to love and learn from the practice of yoga and meditation and love silence when it comes my way. I love to lay in the sunshine and swim in mountain waters. I love navigating my relationship with food and health and continuing to evolve my own habits and patterns. I love listening more than speaking and hearing about anything dealing with health, energy, spirituality, or the outdoors. I love herbs and the promises of plant-medicine.
