About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Have a few interesting stories and corky adventures to share with the world

ABOUT ME

I like to think im an easy going, adventurous, open minded person who simply loves to learn, LOVES TO LAUGH, meet new people, see new places, appreciate the beauty and culture the world has to offer. My parents introduced me very early to our world of mystery, treasures and beauty, and I intend to treat it with the utmost respect.

I am an avid art and music lover, always open to hearing new music genres, discovering new art mediums and simply learning in every possible way!:)

PHILOSOPHY

I believe the world is our canvas. We've been put here to learn, make mistakes, make changes, interact. I think thats the basis of it; interaction. I live to interact with people, with culture, with ideas, with the planet, with love, with feelings, with myself.

It's not having what you want, but wanting what you've got.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not yet participated as much as I would like seeing as I have temporarily been back at my parents to save for my next trip. I will however, when I return, be opening up my home to willing travellers and will try to make their stay in Montreal easier and as comfortable as possible! I've also been spreading the word about this great movement!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've slept in Bedouin tents in the middle of the desert in Israel. Seen more stars than I believe existed and then, the next day, seen military cemetaries and seen more young graves than I thought existed. I've floated in the dead see, driven into African wilderness, met a 65 year old african man who had never even spoken to a white person in his entire life; we were not that different. Ive partied until 8 in the morning on little greek Islands...I have been so blessed with so many adventures already...and it's only a start:)

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe I can teach people a few things about the countries I have visited, about Canada's and Quebec's culture, history, habits, little hidden secrets and treasures. I believe I can share a humourous, laid back and curious outlook on life and on people. As for learning...the possibilities seem endless. I'd love to learn different languages. Love to learn local customs, beliefs and traditions. Love to lear about local dynamics, politics, sensitive subjects and identities. The world is mine to discover!!!
