I appreciate the real world,real life not digital life. Pay more attention to the outside world and nature.Taking time to slowing down enjoying the small moment.Giving myself quality time really just to think, reflect and to focus on the most important things in life which is building a relationship with yourself first so that you strong enough to build the relationship with other people and to help other people. :)

- I went to Mindful farm in Chiang Mai, learnt about organic farm, earthen building and met people from around the world.
