CURRENT MISSION

I've left home to move to Canada on a two year visa. I first went and did a bit of travel around Europe and now I've come to explore Canada for the first time!

ABOUT ME

I'm an outgoing and friendly 23 year old girl, I work in hospitality and aspire to one day work in medicine. For now I've been working and traveling as much as I can, and this is the first time I've attempted to move overseas.
I'm responsible and kind, and will show you the utmost respect whilst staying in your home. I've only ever couchsurfed a few times in Japan and New York and I found it to be a rewarding experience for making new friends and getting a local insight into what a city has to offer.
I'm a bit of a social butterfly and foodie, some of my greatest joys come from being out and about, eating and drinking, seeing friends, having great conversations and learning new things. That doesn't mean I can't enjoy a night on the couch watching movies and eating ice cream though!
It would be amazing to surf with someone who can tell me about/take me to great local spots but only if it's not an imposition. Hopefully some of you lovely people can help me out!

I believe in exploring any option available to you that you find intriguing - you never know where it may lead, and you may be leaving behind something ordinary and finding something extraordinary!

I've hosted one backpacker from California before and had many travelers that I've worked with stay with me until they can find something more permanent.

Interests

I love going out, I currently work in the industry and I'm a big foodie so any great bar or restaurant will make me very very happy :) I love to travel, interested in fashion, health sciences and music. Always curious to throw myself into a foreign situation and see how I handle it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I've seen was Phoenix perform live recently - but I suppose the 'amazing-ness' depends on how much you enjoy their music haha
Everyone should go and see the salt baths in Pamukkale, incredible
Taking half my hostel in Paris on the metro to see the Eiffel Tower light show with bottles of wine at midnight was pretty great :)
Hiking Chapman's Peak in Cape Town and going on a safari in Northern South Africa over Christmas/New Year last year.

I can guarantee someone who is friendly and clean, I'm up for conversation if you are but can absolutely keep to myself if you prefer. I can share travel tips and stories from the places I've been and will always be receptive to any you can share with me.
