ABOUT ME

Hi there !
I am an elementary school teacher who has just graduated last year. I really like working with kids. I have worked for a long time in animation (summer camps) and I had the chance to do so during two summers through Europe. These experiences were amazing. I met a lot of nice people and shared a lot. That's what I am looking for with Couchsurfing. I like to meet people, visit, have interesting conversations about culture, learn things and share a bottle of wine around a nice meal (or a pack of beers)! I am also a cross country skiing coach during winter. I like doing outdoor sports and activities. I moved to Montreal for my studies (university) 5 years ago, but I still love the wilderness as can be found around my hometown. I can help you visit Montréal and its surroundings.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted once and I really enjoy the experience. I am new on the system but I like to meet new people and share. I like to travel and I think it is best to be guided by local people when you're visiting a new place ! So ... whoever would like to visit Montreal, I would like to show you around. Hopefully, I expect the same when I go around the world by myself!

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy reading, watching movies and reading books ! I like all kinds of movies but I prefer humoristics, suspense and history movies. I like indie, alternative, electro, folk and rock music. I like to read novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had a really great time with my parents travelling around ouest America when I was a teenager. The grand canyon and Yosemite park were two of the sites that amazed me the most. I think that the Costa Brava in Spain was also one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen in the world !

The nicest experience I have ever maid was certainly to work in Europe doing camp animation. I did that for 2 summers and It was the bests of my life !
