One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Survived a light-airplane struck by lightning then arrived into Laos to be wrongfully charged with carrying counterfeit currency at the airport then a few days later near-drowning with a white water rafting accident. Nothing like near-death experiences to bring you closer to being connected to the universe!! A much more happier experience was that of volunteering in a animal shelter in Turkey and one day in particular tending to the 300 stray cats amidst a cyclone raging around us. The townsfolk thought I was mad for leaving my home to travel to the shelter but I couldn't neglect them and it is one of the most amazing memories I will ever have :)
