About Me
I believe life is about collecting stories. Sure, you'll collect stories slowly when you stay in your hometown and work day in day out. But life is short – and travelling and meeting new people is one of the best ways to collect so many amazing stories in the short time that we have. Strangers are just friends you haven't met yet.
Matti (@cow_bug) is my partner, have been on wonderful couchsurfing enabled journeys over the years. (Fun fact, we've been together since 2013, and just got married in 2024)
We've been on a few epic journeys:
2024: Matti ran the Boston Marathon!
2019: 6-week cycling trip in New Zealand
2017: Germany for Oktoberfest
2016: Backpacking South East Asia for 6 months
2014: 3-month internship in NYC
2013: 5-week cycling trip in UK + Ireland
Please, only personalized messages from surfering requests. Tell me your opinion on peanut butter for my attention. Personally, I love it because it is a perfect combination of salty and sweet, but I prefer smooth to crunchy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing has connected me with so many great people during my travels since 2013, and now the tables have turned and its my turn to give back and host lovely travellers coming to Toronto.
Fun Fact - Matti and I have been featured on the front page of Couchsurfing.org with our testimonial!
