About Me

ABOUT ME

Okay so the super churchy thing to say is to start with saying I love Jesus, which is true, so I'll start with that. Recently visited Papua New Guinea for 7 weeks on a mission trip. Super cool place. Great hiking, suspected great snorkling/scuba diving. Okay so the dirty water got annoying, but with filters we got use to it. Best thing though was the SUPER COOL PEOPLE. They were people loving people and very proud of their culture.

Okay so now for the slightly less Jesusy stuff. I LOVE BICYCLING! Despise cars. They go to fast. Slow down, smell the roses. I still get to feel a ton of wind in my face, but I know that I am producing that speed, not the fossil fuel gas the car is burning. Which leads to the second point. I attempt to be an environmentalist, often I don't think I am very good at it except when it comes to biking but still, I try. Suppose I am in part motivated by Genesis 1 and 2 where it talks about humanity taking care of the Earth.

I enjoy people, character, plot, art... Just roll it all into one would you. Life is art. People do develop through life creating character which leads to plot and we call all that life. Great. My favorite. Some of the best way to experience all character I think is through traveling (Papua New Guinea had some great characters).

So I do get a bit geeky. Loving those tabletop games like Dungeons and Dragons. I guess that one though goes back to my love of character. I also play Starcraft 2 on my computer, but that is pretty much the only computer game I play.

PHILOSOPHY

Just flow. I am terrible at making plans, so I just let it flow. Great system for keeping calm I suppose. In New Guinea I got Typhoid; just flow. yeah it sucked, but when your sick you will be sick whether laying on the couch complaining about the stomach or going to an art display.

Oh perhaps most importantly... BE EXCITING! Life is too exciting to try and be dull.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So favorite country ever visited: SINGAPORE! best food ever. Go as soon as possible. My favorite traveling story though was when I got hit by a bus in France. That was funny, really only in the aftermath because of all the characters in my family that were involved. YAY for family.
