Hi!I'm a french teacher from Paris who settled in the amazing city of New Orleans 6 years ago. Last year, I traveled in Central and South America for 7 months , met amazing people along the way and finally moved back in France in August to go back to work... but my head is still on the road!! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started by hanging out with some couchsurfers hosted by friends.
Then I hosted during the school year and became quickly a big big fan of couchsurfing!! So I surfed some couchs few summers ago and had a great time. I met so many awesome people that I keep meeting again and travelling with over the years.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living 4 years in beautiful New Orleans ( the music, the soul of this city, the warm heart of the people, all the festivals, craziness and costumes all year long, I will never have enough words to express how much I heart this place I call home! ); swimming with sharks and snorkeling among hundreds of multi colored fishs in the clear waters of Thailand and Malaysia;
paragliding by myself in the French Alps;
share one day with my sister in the house of a Hmong family in Sappa, North Vietnam;
walk for Peace with thousands of people from everywhere during 3 days in the mountains from Tuzla to Srebrenica (Bosnia-Herzegovina) and the commemoration of the genocide in Potocari at the end; rappelling a 40 meters cliff in Corsica, France;
Sleeping in the jungle in North Bolivia for few days learning about local plants benefits and some surviving skills; sandboarding in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile; watching for hours a stunning glacier in Jokulsarlon, Iceland and Perito Moreno in Argentinian Patagonia, colorfull pools of Yellowstone, sunrise on white infinite Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia...
