About Me

Mission... pretty much to finish my degree and move to Montreal for a master next summer (2018). Also, travel as much as possible.

I love being around people and going out but I define myself as a geek and probably a bit introvert. I tried to hide this part of me for a long time but at some point you gotta live with it... So... if we hang out at my place (which is very rare), we'll most likely play games (board + video games)!(be ready) or I'll let you do your laundry while I finish some schoolwork :-)

In all seriousness, I am your usual student/traveler that believes in feminism and veganism. My personality is mature, kinda shy and kinda funny. Even at 25, I still know how to have fun! (yea, really)

Traveling is sharing.
Meat/milk is murder.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, I used to host a lot back in 2012-2013 when I was living in Guatemala. Right now, I have my flat in Québec city and I would rather go out for beers with couchsurfers because I don't have a spare room (only a big soft couch in a 3 room appartment) and not everyone is ok with crashing on a couch. (If you are, let me know).

It's been 8 years now that I do couchsurfing. I used to be a very active member (going to meetings, hosting every weekend and being hosted when traveling) but I changed a lot since that period of my life and am no longer that young hipster who was making risky choices and traveling ten months per year... Although, I learned a lot through those experiences and now that I'm an adult, I want to share my story with you guys.

Right now, I live downtown Québec city (about 500m from the university) and I'm doing amazing but I definitely don't host as much as I did.

BTW, if you want to meet up, just send me an email!! and we'll arrange it! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy folk music, historical books and anime movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I started college at 23 years old in a field I'm passionate about, lost 60 pounds, found boyfriend, found amazing job, life has never been this great!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a flat but no spare room. If you crash at my place, you will most likely have the couch. Also, I live with my boyfriend.

Be aware that I own a small rabbit. He's an old boy with hypoallergenic fur and he never makes a sound... so, unless you want to, he won't bother you.

Countries I’ve Visited

El Salvador, Guatemala, India, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, Guatemala
