ABOUT ME

Hey everybody!
I'm Javi, from Spain and actually living in London since late 2004. I'm into metal music, mountain bikes and rock climbing (bouldering).
Oh, heehe you have to try my tortilla de patata with chorizo. Delicioussssss!
At the moment I'm off for 20 months of travelling in a van around Europe and Morocco. Haven´t returned yet and I´m already thinking of my next major trip on 2 wheels...so addicted!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed Tobias couch, from Switzerland in August 08, but he had to leave before I arrived so I couldn't meet him. It was my first time.
2 nights in Cologne. Thanks a lot to Anna and Sven for those last minute accepted requests :)

Interests

Oh yes, I read a movie, watch a book, spend 3 hours in the kitchen or forget everything when I'm climbing.

I've got a new mountain bike and I'm starting to see the world from this new point of view.

Crazy into mountain biking and seriously thinking of doing a very long trip on touring bike with Ludo, a dog you´ll love it I adopted in Jan 13 in ANdalucia.

Music, Movies, and Books

Tarantino's movies, horror movies, gore movies, monthy python...there are loads of them.
I'm reading Stephen King books and anything that keep me hooked is fine regardless of genre. Currently Reading Don Quijote de la Mancha. I'm absolutely mad with death metal music but also open to old school rock, heavy, punk styles.Studied at a school of music when I was a kid; that´s why I love classical music too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

heheh uhmm...I got both wrists broken at a time because of stage diving...
Motorway to Berlin, alone on foot after midnight on a rainy Saturday night. My rucksack and I were completely wet, tired after 4 days of music festival and with an injured muscle in my chest...

...and April 12 started a 20 month trip around Europe and Morocco in a small van. Adopted a dog recently (Jan 13)and finishing in Jan14. Morocco is absolutely a must go place. Don´t miss Merzouga, plage blanche and painted rocks near Tafraoute
