With over 22 years of experience across engineering, community development, NGO capacity building, and civil society engagement, I have built a strong record of leadership in multi-sectoral programs throughout Iraq. My work has involved extensive travel to all Iraqi regions, fostering collaboration with local communities, international partners, and donor agencies.

I have worked with several prominent international organizations, including Save the Children UK, IRI, Mercy Corps, ACDI/VOCA, Christian Aid, HIA Hungary, Cordaid Netherlands, and numerous Iraqi local NGOs. My responsibilities have included program design and implementation, donor coordination, project review and evaluation, and capacity development for local civil society actors.

I regularly represent my organizations in donor meetings, program reviews, and international seminars, contributing to strategic planning and policy discussions.

Looking ahead, my professional focus is on community cohesion, peacebuilding, resilience, and social development—particularly in areas affected by conflict and tension. Over the next five years, I aim to further strengthen livelihood and resilience initiatives that empower communities and promote sustainable peace.
