About Me
*quick edit! I'm not hosting at the time, but I will be again soon!
Hi! Honestly, I love playing host, and I love San José. This is a very unique place that offers a lot of hidden treasures for the art-culture-scene interests. It's a tiny city that's trying very hard to grow. I dabble in commercial video (web, advertising, etc) and work from home so that gives me the opportunity to hang out (whenever work is not crazy). I'm very interested in bringing people closer to what they wanna experience out of this place. However, I'm not always able to receive people as my workload is ever-changing. Production is a bit hectic so sometimes dealing with time is crazy, and during those periods its best for me not to get distracted (since I work from home) But I'm always willing to offer advice!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because it makes it more accesible to go see the world! But also because I really believe in experiencing places from the local point of view, and making new friends with different perspectives.
Interests
Anything culture related. From nerdy to trendy. Nature, hikes, the water. Dancing like no one watches and trying local brews. Yoga and soul-mind-body development in any way, shape, or form. Live music always! Hula hooping, ha. FOOD!! Etc, I love trying new things.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'll watch anything live. Really... I love to see musicians perform.
My musical taste is super wide, but I'm listening to a lot of electronic-hip-hoppy-experimental-new-agey-stuff. Books and movies vary a lot also, but I love European-slow-paced films and psychological-horror stuff. I will like whatever makes me feel something. Though I hardly watch any TV.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once, a group of friends and I spent a week living in a hut in Kuna Yala, Panama. It was a tiny, desolate island, with nothing else but that hut and a couple of trees. We had to ask permisaion to the Kuna Chief to stay there, and we hired people with a small boat to take us around islands. We sailed at night in the middle of nowhere with nothing but iridescent plancton shining in the water. Got shivers just remembering!
Teach, Learn, Share
Though I am not a trained yoga teacher, I have had a personal practice for a number of years now, so I love doing yoga with others! I can guide a fun practice if someone is interested.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a great cook! I'm not vegetarian, but I cook mostly vegetarian, though I will definitely add meats if requested.
