About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to keep my eyes and heart open to the world around me and learn from the places I am so privileged to see

ABOUT ME

I am learning so many new things about myself all the time and changing and growing during this time of my life ( and probably throughout life) that it seems very strange to try and fill this box with a description of who I am. I am restless, can't stay in one place too long. I am a care giver. Like to drive fast on a motorbike. ..?

PHILOSOPHY

Cease to expect and you will have all things

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try and participate in the world community by having respect and gratitude for the places I go and the people I meet. Exchanging ideas and being in awe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All of my experiences with couchsurfing have been totally positive. I love how people can always surprise you and show you something totally new or help you to understand something that seemed totally mysterious, or just have a really great time!

Interests

I love to explore new places, especially by experiencing their cusine. I like train rides, reading, cooking, and swimming in really cold oceans at night.

Music, Movies, and Books

Best book I have read recently is A FIne Balance. Be Here Now is a permanent favorite. I really like Kurt Vonnegut and Tom Robbins, especially Jitterbug Perfume. I'm pretty open to most movies and music unless they totally suck.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have done was living with a wonderful Nepali family in a village for 6 months. It was the happiest I have ever felt and made me so curious about what other fantastic things there are out there in the world

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, Cambodia, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Myanmar, Panama, Peru, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Israel, Nepal, United States
