ABOUT ME

I am driven and enthusiastic, open and can get amused quite quickly. I love traveling, talking to strangers in the cities I visit and quite rarely have a proper plan for a visit. I like listening to people's travel and life stories, watching the crowd or people in public transport. I'm eager (fanatic:)) driver and like to make long-distance trips by car. Currently I am about to finish my Master at the University of Gothenburg, Department of Political Science.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not with CS, but hosted two Swedes and two Poles over two weeks during Euro2012 in Kyiv. With CS surfed in Odessa, Ukraine, Katowice, Poland and Copenhagen, Denmark.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a Counsellor for twelve 5-year-old girls in the US (Germantown, MD) - it was an exchange program, and the best summer I ever had.
Cross-country biking tour in Ukraine - through damps and forests - and fell in love with this experience and my bike:)
Organised a visit of a Ukrainian filmmaker to three Swedish cities as a volunteer and only through sponsor and partner engagement

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: move your hips in cha-cha-cha or graciously pass in waltz slow moves; some good words in Russian
Learn: how to braid hair. I never manage properly:)
