I absolutely love travelling, especially when I can catch some good concerts while I'm at it!
Probably one of the reasons why I live in Germany at the moment :)
I was born and brought up in India, but I have lived in Belgium, Spain and Portugal since.

I live for the experience. And I strongly believe that there's no such thing as a coincidence.. everything happens for a reason!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Experiencing a culture is not complete without meeting the right people. I feel like I can provide this experience to people by showing them around my favourite places in town. It is these small things that make a huge difference, because I look for this on my travels around the world too :)

Interests

The great outdoors - they can never get boring! I love any sort of nature-related sport, be it taking a walk in the park, or even white water rafting! I love to go hiking, snowboarding, cycling, just to be a little more specific. I also love Formula 1 (and any other motorsport), and can talk about it for hours!

Lastly, but obviously the most important, I LOVE to travel! Nothing like a good culture-shock to jolt your sense of reality. You always end up learning something new on every adventure!

Music, Movies, and Books

I watch a lot of movies, and I'm open to any new recommendations :)

I can't live without music! I do also play the guitar and sing - my current earworms are almost all indie, jazz, and old-school tracks.

I just bought myself a kindle last month, and i'm doing a re-read of some books by Dr. Brian Weiss :)

I love to cook, especially Indian food. I would love to teach my tips and tricks to anyone interested . I do also enjoy a beer or a whiskey every now and then. I also enjoy a good conversation, and I keep an open mind to any topic that comes up! After all, that's why I'm on CS - to meet new and interesting people :)
