Hi I am a german girl, who spend the last one and a half year traveling. I lived and worked the last year as an professionel Au pair in Portland, Oregon. After that year i traveled a bit thought Hawaii and between Las Vegas and Phoenix. I just came back from 2 month camper life in new zealand and a week in Thailand. 2 years ago i finished my degree in physical therapy. Since that time i did the pilgrims path in spain at the coast for 3 weeks, did a roadtrip through England. I love to go hiking, swimming, do every typ of sport outside, cook, paint and explore new places. I try to improve my windsurfing skills as often as i can. The last month i started to go rock climbing at the gym and would love to try it in the nature in the future. I am very openminded, easy and resepctful. I always try to see the positive side of things.
I am back in germany but I still look for a new place to stay so i can't host anyone at the moment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I grew up traveling a lot with my family and love to meet new people, learn more about their cultures by living with them and not only read about it in a travel guide. I think Couchsurfing is a perfect idea of combine all that things. In Middle and Highschool I did studentsexchange programs to England, Spain and Israel and i spend a year in an american family. All that experiences of living with people from other cultures and to see how they shared their homes with me, even that they haven`t met me before was such a great experience. when I hosted them it was always a good time and exchange from culture differences. I met a lot of super nice couchsurfers on events and hope i will have good couchsurfing and hosting experiences soon.
