Hey! I'm Saskia, I live in London where I'm from, and at the moment I'm working in an architecture practice until I carry on with my architecture studies this September.

I enjoy art and architecture, which are both my favourite things to look for when I'm travelling the world. I also practice yoga, am a (learner) middle-eastern tambourine player, and have just started skateboarding, using the longboard that I just built.

Of course I love many types of music, especially festival culture; reggae at Rototom Sunsplash and electronic and House at Outlook and Dimensions in Croatia have been my favourites. I lived in Australia last year, and spent every Thursday night at an awesome night market full of music and fire dancing, where I started playing with poi and braved a few attempts with fire!

I have just returned from living in Brazil for 5 months, where I was working as an artist and learning Portuguese - my biggest achievement being when I finally managed to write a (slightly grammatically incorrect) poem in Portuguese! Learning languages while mixing with other cultures in a chilled out way is what I want to do more of the most. I'm about to move to Germany, and ready to embrace Deutsch lernen!
