Most prominent lovely things about me. Well, I am a kickass young woman 😁with a unique background and an ever-present silly smile. My roots are on Vancouver Island, my degree is in geography (currently a student) and my mind is curious about all places and people! To my mind, I will never be able to travel everywhere but through meeting many types of different people I will be able to learn more than I ever could on my own. That said, I do love to travel myself! Whether that be having endless adventures on the island I am privileged to call home, my home country, or countries abroad.

My life philosophy summed up is to value the knowledge you have, seek the knowledge you don’t have, and embrace the varying size of surprises that life shoots at you. While staying open, grounded, and kind along the way!

So basically I am a strong, smiley, silly, artistic, adventurous learner who can always find interest in any view and the life of any person.

Joining Couchsurfing was recommended to me by a friend after failing to find a hostel for a trip I wanted to take. But now, after reading more about Couchsurfing I am befuddled as to how I have not been part of this network before now. Travellers meeting up around the world and experiencing it together through thoughts, adventures, and food while having safe, welcoming, and intriguing places to crash! What could be better?
I hope to learn how to use my life to better explore the world, I know CS can be a part of that.
