I've grown up in Manchester and have come to know the best spots of what this city has to offer.
Living a healthful lifestyle i practise meditation, yoga and other activities which influenced me to study holistic health practises and I have recently graduated with a degree in fine arts, whilst at university I took part in the Erasmus scheme and lived in Portugal and have since had the travel bug!

Im passionate about healthful cooking, meeting new people and learning about different cultures. My favourite place is the great outdoors, being in mother nature so that could be riding, walking, hiking, swimming (and so on...)

Now i am also blogging about different interests... health, wellness and travelling! For the next 9 months i will be backpacking central and south america, so plenty will be documented on my blog.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined whilst on my erasmus exchange in Portugal because it was a useful way to meet other student's and the locals. I find couchsurfing helpful to meet like minded people AND gain a real insight into the culture.

I can teach healthful raw baking and cooking - This is my passion and what better way to get to know someone other than sharing stories over a delicious meal!

I am learning Spanish (Currently level 1.2) So I would like to carry on learning and improving.
