Life is a blessed thing, which I celebrate every day, in many ways. I do things that I love and have many wonderful people in my life. I am grounded, yet open to change.
I enjoy meeting others, to learn how they are expressing their life purpose.
I am equally happy being alone, surrounded by nature and being with people. I keep a good balance between the two.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I enjoy sharing a mutual love of travel, adventure and meeting new people. I have had many great experiences in the homes of others, and as a host.

Interests

Herbal medicine keeps me fully engaged - I am a clinical practitioner, teacher, grower, and medicine maker. My best times are spent outdoors with the plants.
The rest of my time is spent walking my dog and dancing.
I've recently developed an interest in storytelling.
Travel is an important part of my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my most memorable life experiences was being on the water in British Columbia and being approached by 3 pods of orcas - as they approached, went under the boat and continued on their way I was moved beyond tears.
Another awesome expereice was hiking the mountains in Nepal.
Being surrounded by thousands of monarch butterflies in their mountain home in Mexico was a big thrill.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you are visiting Halifax area I would be happy to show you around town, or get you out of the city to a beach or park. We could go on a herb walk to explore our local medicinal plants.
