My mom is a medical office manager for a urology company in South Florida. She was born near Miami and wants to retire soon to move to the west coast of Florida. Growing up, she attended every single sporting match I played in and let me grow my hair out, so long as I had good grades.

My dad is a carpenter near the border of Florida and Alabama. At 60, I have no idea how he is still climbing on roofs, building. His tool shed is always organized – if something's out of place, he knows it. This past labor day in the US, he threw a dead mullet fish 98.5 feet (30 meters).

I really enjoy biking and learning from others. My favorite moments are at the end of a long, exhausting day, typically shoving a random food piled up in one bowl down my throat.

Jazz grooves my soul, but Bob Dylan rattles my cage.

Poetry gives me life and philosophy makes my mind tingle.

My favorites change day by day as I experience new aspects of life; there is rarely some work of art I come across and not fall in love with.

Also, I fell ~30ft out of a redwood and was perfectly okay; only two or three minor scratches. That was nuts.
