ABOUT ME

I'm a 24 year old Australian. I am currently living in Sydney, working as an English teacher. My interests include cooking, traveling, surfing, exercise and snowboarding. I spent half a year in Europe and loved it, now I am just relaxing in the Harbour City.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't believe in judging people. I think that I am responsible for how I act, and no one else. I really live in the moment, I don''t like to put things off, I am happy and healthy and do not know how much longer I will be, so I want to experience as much as possible while I'm young.

I am happy to show people around Sydney. I met lots of CS in Europe, both hosting and being hosted.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met some really nice people with CS. I had a really wonderful time in Bern, Switzerland.

Interests

I am an outdoors person, so basically any sport interests me. Spending time with friends and meeting new people are definitely interests. I also like cooking and the odd beer or two.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like comedies with Will Ferrel and any other movie with a happy ending- Marley and Me is definitely a favourite. David Zindell is my favourite author. Liz Phair, Korn, Vanilla Ninja and No Angels are some of my musical interests.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every new city and country I come across seems to have something I will never forget but going on a behind the scenes tour in a zoo and hand-feeding wild animals is something I will never forget. I was only centimetres away from a tiger!!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to get into a new city and just wander around and see what I come across, but I found you can see a lot more if taken around by a local. I saw so much more of Berne being shown around than I would have on my own.
