ABOUT ME

I teach English and Reading in San Antonio. I've travelled and taught ESL in China. I really enjoy meeting people with interesting stories and perspectives.

I'm new to San Antonio- just got here in July 2013. We can explore together! I'm working on my Spanish.

PHILOSOPHY

I take life pretty seriously, in that I work hard to make sure I can do the things I want to do. But life is beautiful. There are chances worth taking.

In a world where so many of us are so similar, there is no reason we shouldn't forge personal connections.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couch surfed during my semester abroad in Bristol, England. I had great experiences most everywhere I went! I've stayed a lot of places, and now I want to host. I also hope to meet people in San Antonio via Couch Surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed in London, Berlin, Oberammergau, Munich, Rome, and Barcelona. I enjoyed it and would gladly recommend it.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was in Saint Petersburg, Russia, I visited the Citadel where all of the royalty since Peter the Great are buried. As I looked at Catherine the Great's burial place, it was almost as if all the history in that room took a breath and came to life. It was an amazing experience to be in the same place with so many influential people, regardless of the fact that they had long since passed on.

Pie crust is too good fresh to be bought frozen from a store. We'll cook together. My boyfriend makes fabulous Italian dishes, so between the two of us, you will get a quality meal from start to finish.
