I am a passionate cook, farmer, foodie, caterer, pizza maker, and fermenter devoted to local, sustainable food practices. I am partial to local, sustainably cultivated food, as well as organic, fair-trade food. For the past several years my career path, as well as personal ambitions, have been focused around the use of local, sustainable food and I plan to devote my life to the slow-food movement!
