I work as a travel guide on a cruise ship. I get to travel most of the year, and when I am on vacation, well, I like to travel.

We are here for just a short amount of time, so try your best to do what you love. People are generally good and often they are doing the best they know how at that moment. Live and let live.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like the meet up groups of other travelers in various cities. I almost always stay in hotels or hostels, but sometimes visiting cities is more rewarding when you have someone to look forward to meeting. So if you are looking for someone to explore a new city with for a day or more, I would be happy to talk it over.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met some great people on couch-surfing and spent two weeks with them traveling around Iceland by car.

Hiking into the mountains of Montenegro high above the Bay of Kotor. The day was perfect, the hike was tough, the food at the end never tasted better.
