About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To write stories (well).
ABOUT ME
I love traveling and meeting new people. I've studied abroad and hosted exchange students, which has allowed me to form friendships all over the world that I really value. I love to ski, hike, and spend time outdoors. I also love to read, write, and cook indoors.
This year I am teaching English in a small town in Eastern France. I don't yet have a couch for anyone to stay on, but I am hoping to find one (as well as a place to live!)
I will be back in Chicago in May of 2012. It is a fantastic city and I can't wait to share it with all of you.
PHILOSOPHY
There's no difference between fiction and nonfiction, there's just narrative. Everything is a story~ Nora Ephron
Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it~ Lucy Maud Montgomery

Good conversation!
I'm happy to show people around the places I love and offer suggestions for restaurants and events to enjoy in Chicago. I've been able to explore the city a lot more since I graduated and I'm excited to be able to share this great city with my fellow couch-surfers!
I am open to learning lots and lots of things, and I am particularly interested in stories about your traveling adventures.
