Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a CouchSurf newbie, but very curious to get into it!
I have been to a CouchSurfing party in a church in Maastricht and I really enjoyed making friends within this diverse group of people.
My travels have taken me to many places already, but most of the time to people I (or friends of mine) knew. But now I would love to take on a new kind of traveling experience and hope to share it with you.

Interests

I love life and live it to the fullest wherever, whenever I can. The only thing I would regret is not trying or pushing the envelope hard enough. There is always an adventure or crazy idea around the corner waiting to be explored.

Design, technology and entrepreneurship are my hobbies and passions.
I have participated and organized startup weekends. Sometimes I can become kind of a nerd, sit down and learn new skills to put my ideas into action. Recently, I have taught myself open source 3D modeling software to print prototypes of a product idea.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- having a bottle of wine with friends on top of the Olympic jumping towers at night in Barcelona with a beautiful view over the city
- getting wet feet when I skydived bare food through clouds over the South Island of New Zealand.
- being teargassed in while stumbling into riots in South America.

I can teach you to get out of the building and do things, and not just talk about past (although thats fun too) :)
