Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I enjoy cities so much more when there is someone to burst that superficial layer of objective tourist-ness that you always encounter when you visit a city for the first time. Cities come alive when they become subjective. And being introduced to someone's subjective representation of it is so much more instructive to what the city can be like.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Recently a lot of Jazzy, Ethno-y and Balkan stuff. I have a huge history as a metal head and I love dancing to Drum'n'Bass, Dubstep and Jungle.
Movies: Recently trying to decide whether I like Woody Allen or not. Last film that amazed me: Birdman.
Books: Recently reading "Notes from the Underground" by Dostojevski for uni. Don't read that when you're alone. Or in the night. Or when there are any sharp utensils around you.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've travelled around Spain with a Donkey Caravan performing Street Theatre with music, jugglers and dancers in small villages in the Sierra Norte and the Coast around Alicante.
I was a speaker at TEDxUCL together with my flatmate after he agreed to give this talk literally 12 hours before, when he was totally drunk. We spent all night preparing it.
