ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty rad chick- and laid back to boot! During the day I work as a case manager with teen moms and get to spend my days hanging out with some hip teenagers and their cute babies. My evenings consist of classes (I'm working on my MA in counseling) volunteering activities with hospice or my local doula group, and mostly importantly concerts! I live in a town that is packed with music- we have it all and and then some. I also love spending my days swimming and have decided that it is the only way to survive the Texas heat.... well that and eating popsicles.

Right now I am hoping to sleep on some couches. I will return the favor upon returning from my upcoming trip.

Interests

People all different types but I am mostly drawn those that laugh a lot and see the bright side in most situations. Food- growing it, making it, eating it, even talking about it. Live music live music live music- the kind that makes me sway back and forth with my eyes closed or kind that makes me jump up and down and laugh out loud with those around me. Yoga, mindfulness and drinking beer while sitting on a patio and enjoying the last bit of sunlight.
