About Me

I am 35 years old. Happily married for 7 years and been with the same woman for 18 years. We have a beautiful little girl together and she is the joy of our lives. I run a small plumbing business and I like to train in brazilian jiu jitsu.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because over the course of my travels, I have discovered that the best and most authentic way to become acquainted with a place is to visit it in the company and guidance of people who actually live there. I don't just want to check places off of my bucket list, I want to have a genuine experience and make new discoveries. I want to meet new and interesting people and see the world from a new perspective.

Interests

I am interested in fitness and wellness, Brazilian Jiu jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing. I enjoy reading. Mostly non fiction like history and personal development. Playing with my daughter, spending time with my wife. I like learning so I am sort of interested in everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most amazing thing I've done ( besides becoming a father) was living in Thailand for 2 months training every day, twice a day at Sit Yod Tong Muay Thai Camp in Pattaya. Most refreshing and inspiring yet difficult and challenging thing I've ever done. A lot of fun. I think of Thailand and the wonderful friends I made everyday.
