Overview
About Me
I'm on a journey from Mexico (kind of started in the states) to Antarctica and trying to see as much as possible on the way. Prior to this I worked a super exciting logistics desk job, with my primary goal for 2.5 years to save money to make this trip possible. My personality is eager for action and insatiably curious. I ask a lot of questions and have genuine interest in learning about even the little things. The bulk of my travel involves islands/ beaches or adrenaline/high adventure activities e.g. hiking volcanoes, scuba, rappelling etc. Some things are certainly more interesting to do with company, but I’m also perfectly comfortable doing things solo. Hot sauce, horchata, and beach volleyball all truly captivate my soul. I will never under any circumstances say no to any of these. I’m also especially prone to knocking down a few beers, whether staying in for the night, having a walkabout around town, or going out at night. Aside from gin and IPAs I don’t discriminate amongst alcohols.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Honestly I'm completely new to couchsurfing, but everyone I've talked to who has used it tells me it's phenomenal. I'd like to get in on the fun and contribute in any way that I can. I've almost only used hostels while travelling so far, so I look forward to getting to know local and expat communities more.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite movie: Casino Royale
Favorite book: The Beach
Favorite music genre: Electro swing
I’m a slow reader because I somehow tangle myself up in reading multiple books at the same time. I’m currently reading The Count of Monte Cristo, The Prince, and Who Goes There. I love movies and and also like reading books that are based on or have movies
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have sledded down a volcano naked.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm learning Spanish and I love to help people learn and practice English.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I almost always have a bottle of exquisite hot sauce with me. We can share that.
