Hi I'm Scott or Scotty to many. An avid traveller in my early years I have recently sold my business and can again indulge my love of travel, cultures and provincial foods. I enjoy a good sense of humour (SOH) and I love to cook!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Over the many years of travelling I have been the recipient of some generous hospitality in many countries and amazing places. It is always good to "pay it forward" so whilst I am home and not travelling I want to extend both friendship and hospitality to those that choose to "drop in" and explore this great place of Hobart, Tasmania
Both my son and daughter are surfers and have bought many people through our doors, now that they are off doing their own thing it is great to keep the house open and share some experiences.

The Long Way Round....London to Magadan (Russian far east) by motorbike. 28,500km in 4 months.
