ABOUT ME

We are Scott and Kristy. We packed up and left home in March 2010. Destination: The World!!
We have been traveling for just under 8 months on the first leg of our journey with no end date, although our travels are slowing down for the next year as we prepare to move to Norway for a 'working holiday'

Kristy enjoys mostly fiction but is always interested in an interesting story of travel and adventure. Scott enjoys more personal stories of real people.
no huge preference for movies or music, we're fairly open minded about this.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Some of the amazing things we have seen and done on this trip are the amazing temples of Angkor Wat, in Cambodia, at sunrise and during a rainstorm; Spending a night on the Great Wall of China and (Scott) getting up early for a long hike to watch an amazing sunrise; the rainforest within the city of Kuala Lumpur; the bright lights of Hong Kong at night coming from the towering buildings above; the picturesque beaches of Thailand; the impressive and beautiful ruins around Greece, including Ancient Delphi, Olympia, the Parthenon, Nafplio, Meteora and so much more.
