Hola, My name is Scott. I’m from Philadelphia, however, I have lived in Park City Utah for the past 9 years. I am clean, neat, easy to be around and very respectful. I have traveled to many places around the world. Now I live part of the year in Pennsylvania and part of the year on a beach in Ecuador South America. I love meeting new people, listening and telling my stories. I have had a wonderful, amazing, blessed life and I’m always looking for my next adventure.

I have traveled to more than 20 countries, I have started, operated and sold 3 businesses over 24 years. I have an MBA and studied psychology. I love learning. If you would like to learn about small business or the human mind, I am your man. I love to listen and teach . I am also a professional musician (I was earlier in life 😊) I also have a great deal of experience in rental real estate investing. I owned, renovated, operated and sold a 32 unit apartment complex in Utah. I have flipped more than 20 houses. Creative real estate investing and financing has been my passion.
