Hi everyone!
I'm Scott Sterling, I'm a surfer from the United States. I will be traveling from Iceland to Barcelona on Christmas Eve, and leaving New Year's Day..and I would love the opportunity to stay with you for a couple, few days if you are willing!

A little about me:
left my career in corporate IT and sold all of my stuff to peruse a digital nomadic lifestyle. I am not your normal/typical American..As i tried to be normal once and it was the worst two seconds of my life!! Basically I am a easy going guy who can't help but see the world in a slightly humerous perspective.
I love to surf 🏄🏻and play guitar🎸 extreme sports, computers 💻 reading 📖 cooking, and have a passion for people. Im very open to life and views and have much patients I have been told. I like to think I'm spiritual but also have a good time! 🎉 I believe what energy you put out into the universe you will get it back! 👍🌎 I know I'm new to couch surfing and don't have any history or returning the favor (have not hosted) but one thing is for sure, I'm looking to be involved for a lifetime! I will be hosting when I return to my real home as well in Virginia when I get a temporary home in a place I happen to like in the world. I do run a travel blog and promote social media accounts and freelance/business via computer work and web development that I make a small living (enough to get by) but do not want any host to think I'm freeloading. Something else besides hostel would be a great experience! I want to write about my experience and mention any host willing to allow it. I am quiet and respectable, but also love to have a good time!

I believe that we are just visitors in this time we have here on this great earth and one life to see it, and traveling is my passion and I'm hoping to see how far human connection can take me and just go! I've graduated college but realized that experience does for the soul what education does for the mind. And I hate to miss anything!!

I like to compose on guitar but I love everything from rock, hard rock and metal and some screams rock..Raggae, punk, ska, jazz, electronic, bluegrass, indie, indie rock, Spanish guitar, classical music in any form, rap, hip hop, alternative..there is no genre I'm not open to and listen to! I'm also a library for American music and movies.
