travel through iceland for 2 months and write a book about it

ABOUT ME

I am back from my tour of Iceland and working hard at my grade 2 teaching job. I am married. I enjoy writing, reading, carpentry, photography, kayaking and trekking. An animal lover and avid bird watcher too. When home (lol) my wife and I enjoy living in our house that is a converted 1860 limestone church in Kingston or spending weekends on our little island about 1 hour north of the city. We named our island Ten to Two Island... because it is sort of timeless and that is always a good time for a drink... which allows a glimpse into my social side! Most of my contacts will be from Iceland as I am very interested in meeting locals with stories to tell whilst I am there. We offer a bed (or 2 singles one room) to travelers to Kingston... which sits on the shore of Lake Ontario about equidistant between Toronto and Montreal. Our house is a bit away from the lake but we will do our best to allow you to see the city!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Jumped out of an airplane in cuba, zipped on Mount Verde in Costa Rica, dove with sharks in Bahamas, snorkled in caves in Mexico, survived 4 days without food-compass-map or water in the boreal forest above Thunder Bay Ontario, have been published a couple of times, teach children every day as if they were my own, backpacked around Iceland for 2 months which i would detail here... but you might have to buy the book! lol.
