CURRENT MISSION

I'm a musician trying to start a life with my family in Denver. The misses is a Science teacher launching her career with the New America Schools. We're here in Denver, but need a place to stay until we can get into our own place.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 32 year-old disabled vet with a girlfriend and two step kids. I recently moved with them to the Denver area in search of a better life than was available to us back in Covington, VA. She now works at the New America Schools in Denver, CO. I spend most of my time being domestic around the home and working on personal music projects. I play four instruments fairly fluently including the guitar, bass, drums, and keyboards. I also do songwriting and vocals. I would enjoy getting to know any one who would enjoy getting to know me. I'm not always the nicest person, but I'm always trying my best to be kind. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've always pitched in where and when I can in life, believing that if I share the little bit that I do have, I'll always have what I need when I have nothing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm recently reintroduced to couch-surfing as I have managed to be mostly self-sufficient through most of my life. I did spend a considerable amount of time in my mid-20s travelling and experiencing different areas of the country. I had some wonderful experiences a couple of times with people I randomly met who took us in and gave us a place to crash for the night.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music. I prefer comedies and sci-fi when I watch something, and fantasy novels when I read something, or perhaps an educational text of some sort.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first experience with Rainbow back in 2005 in WV at the National was truly a life-altering experience for me. It made me more aware of the world community and that there were more important things in life than what I thought was important at the time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can introduce you to the world of music in a fun and easy way. We can share ideas on theology, philosophy, economy, etc. I love a good debate. I may not be the most educated person, but I like to keep an ear to things. :)
