My name is Scott. I live in Bellingham with a super cool community. I recently finished school at Western WA. My focus was on positive psychology (wellness of self and others), and music. I like to practice what I've learned, which my living situation allows me to do often :)

I play lots of music and am constantly picking up new instruments and trying new activities. I love jamming and sharing creative energies.

I enjoy talking about creativity, communication, community, mindfulness, intentionality, wellness, and overcoming unhelpful mental patterns walls, and systems looking at how we interact cognitively, physically, and neurological with them
