ABOUT ME

We are a young couple from Australia who met whilst on our travels around the world. I am a medical student and Kate is a midwife and we moved to Toowoomba (about 2 hours west of Brisbane) at the start of the year. I am taking a break from study in 2014 and we are currently planning a trip to South America from June-November! We are both very laid back people who take things as they come and enjoy travelling and meeting people wherever we go.

PHILOSOPHY

My favorite quote is James Dean's "Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today" and I like to think we do this as much as possible. Work hard so we can party harder.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have both hosted and surfed a few times now and think the whole couchsurfing philosophy is incredible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have had some great couchsurfing experiences both surfing and hosting. Unfortunately haven't been able to host over the last couple of years due to our accommodation situation but are looking forward to being able to surf and host again this year and beyond.
