Hi! I am originally from Hawaii where I grew up mostly at my grandparents' house. We picked mangoes from the tree in our backyard and I went bodyboarding at the beach with my grandpa. It was paradise.

Life has treated me really kindly and I'm grateful! After university, I hitchhiked across the USA and ended up near Washington, DC, where I ran out of money and decided that's where I'd settle! I've worked at a start-up and then as a music journalist, and now I'm a music and arts festival producer in Iceland. It has been a winding road, but I've enjoyed the scenic route because the journey is beautiful!

If we get a chance to meet, I'll tell you about how I freestyle rapped with Bedouin guys in the desert of Jordan...and I'll tell you why that experience inspired me to move here to Iceland :)

In life I have met inspiring and loving people who have positively impacted me in so many ways. I've met them on mountains, in the back of pick-up trucks, at music festivals and serendipitously bumped into some on the street. So far, I've come to realize that the most important part of my life is CONNECTION. It's what I value the most and that's why I am always down to connect with people and nature!
