I'm out go on little and big adventures everyday.

ABOUT ME

I am spending my summer exploring Europe before heading off to school in the fall as a kinesiology and dance major. I plan on being a pediatric physical therapist one day.

In the meantime I am spending my time outside and traveling--constantly on a new adventure.

I love being outside in the sun. I am all about moving my body though dance, running, hiking, biking, rafting. Anything that will get my endorphins or adrenaline up.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in living a life worth living. If you are happy and fulfilled with what you are doing and nobody gets hurt in the process, that is a life worth living. I also believe in living as if tomorrow won't come.

Interests

I'm very interested in how the human body moves. What makes it possible for me to type and create this profile? More specifically, I'm fascinated in the bodies of athletes. How do they move? How do their bodies withstand the burden put on them? What is the final thing that makes them stop? As an athlete, I want to know this about myself as well as my fellow athletes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I decided I needed to get out of the city. I'm a nature girl, a mountain girl so I left London during my travels for a last minute trip to the Seven Sister Cliffs in Seaford. The beauty of it all with the water crashing on the shore, the wind blowing, people talking and laughing, was amazing. It was so peaceful and so awe-inspiring. When I looked at where the water met the cliffs and where the water met the horizon I could truly feel the power the water has.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love dancing and I can teach it as well. I would love to teach dance as well as learn a new style of dance. As people, we are always students and teachers to each of those around us. I want to learn what somebody is willing to teach me and I want to teach those willing to learn from me.
