Overview
About Me
I'm a student from Vancouver, Canada who has spent the summer studying in Berlin. I'm looking to do as much travelling around Europe as I can while I'm still here.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Compared to Airbnb, which dramatically reduces housing stock for locals, and hostels, which can be inconveniently located and a bit dodgy sometimes, couch surfing is a great way to get to know where you're visiting from the perspective of a resident. Along the way, you get to meet new people and make friends you might never have met otherwise. Plus, it's free!

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm a fan of all different types of music; I love classic rock, hip hop, house, techno, reggae, psychedelic music, soul, r&b, classical, experimental, and almost everything in between. I'm a record collector as well, so I'd love to pointed in the direction of good record shops.
The same goes for movies. I'll watch anything and everything I get the chance to, and I'm always open to recommendations.
As far as books go, my favourite authors would have to be William Gibson and David Foster Wallace. I also love non-fiction and history.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm happy to make you dinner; I'm a decent cook if I have a recipe in front of me. I also love hearing the similarities and differences between different countries and cultures, so I can tell you as much as you'd ever want to know about living in Canada.
