Overview
About Me
Hi, I'm Sean. I'm a British guy that has lived much of my life in the US. However, I also spent half a year in rural South Korea teaching English at a public elementary school in 2013.
Since then I've worked and played in Utah. But for a while now I have had an itch to leave the US and explore the world around me.
Now I am making that dream a reality! And I want to see what possibilities are out there.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling for 6 months in Asia by myself. So I want to meet lots of people, make new friend, and get that essential local knowledge. Wanna help me out.
Interests
I love hiking whether it is up going up an entire mountain or a 30 minute walk somewhere peaceful.
If you rock climb or play soccer or other sports I'd love to tag along. I also love watching soccer live or on the tv.
I like chilling and chatting so bars, coffeehouses, and other communal spaces are fun places to hang out to me.
Concerts and music are great . Since I'm traveling, I would love to see local bands and traditional music as much as touring bands or club music.
I want to get a sense of the cultures I'm traveling to so various museums, tours, and local spots that give a sense of a place interest me greatly.

Also Machu Picchu was okay I guess ;)
Teach, Learn, Share
If you want help brushing up on your English, I'm more than happy to help. I taught English briefly in Korea and I want to teach again after traveling.
I'd love to learn the basics of your language too. Plus any cultural norms a traveler should be aware of.
And if you have tips on places to go or activities to do I'd love to learn that too.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'll do my best to offer my time, company, and... ability to clean dishes? Or let me know how I can be useful/not in your way. I certainly don't want to be overwhelming for you. Let's be friends and make life easier for the both of us :)
