Overview
About Me
I am a twenty year old college student majoring in nursing. I love playing guitar and expanding my knowledge on anything interesting to me. I have chickens and a garden because it is important to me to be as connected as possible to the things I consume.
I haven’t traveled the world much yet but I’m really hoping to build strong and loving understanding of the different people and places of the world.
I love being spontaneous and not passing up opportunities. I think it’s important to take risks while also knowing what is too risky and should probably be avoided 🌎🌍🌏
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to learn more about the people of the world whether or not they’re coming to me or I’m going to them. I like the idea of fully immersing yourself in the culture you’re traveling through. With couch surfer I’m hoping to get ala more in depth view of what the people are like in the places I travel.
I’m very person oriented. Places are very beautiful but my main reason for traveling is to meet as many people as possible. For this reason, I don’t really plan a lot of sightseeing, instead I plan on going up to people in the area and asking what it is they recommend. I trust that locals know more about their area than any amount of research I can do would tell me.

Teach, Learn, Share
Learning is may favorite thing. Everything you know about I’m interested in learning about. As for what I can teach, botany, philosophy, how to play musical instruments, cooking, English, potentially useless information about the US, sustainable agriculture and probably lots more!
Recently I’ve been spending a huge chunk of my free time learning languages. Aside from my native language of English a speak a pretty comfortable amount of Spanish and I’ve been trying to familiarize myself with Slavic languages although they’ve been much more foreign to me than other languages since I have not grown up hearing people speak them. I’m hoping that in my travels to Eastern Europe I can improve my skills. I’d love to learn anything you’d be willing to teach me about the languages you speak.
