Overview
About Me
For work I'm finding the best ways to get people to be authentic, myself included.
Before that I walked across glaciers while eating oreos.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For a few years I've been doing interviews and group work around what it means to be free, what it means to connect, and what it means to grow.
I have goals for my own self-exploration in my travels, but one of my main goals is to connect with people, learn about them and their town, and make lifelong friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a year in a tent with people from around the globe climbing, learning, and suffering. One of the bets years of my life. Mostly in Chile, Argentina, and Alaska.
My most recent one is training a dozen teenagers facilitation and mental health strategies, and watching them run workshops for 100 plus participants at a Peace Conference.
Teach, Learn, Share
I currently do a lot of work around mental health, communication strategies, self improvement, facilitation, group dynamics. Basically the soft skills of life. Want to become a Jedi of conversation and conflict resolution, want some clarity about a dilemma, I'd love to ask you some questions.
I'm always trying to learn. Anyone who can help me improve a new language, learn about my body, how to move and live.
I'd love to share my obsession with habits. I really believe learning how to make and break habits is the key to freedom.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My favorite thing to share is a cup of ginger tea and a conversation.
I can share the two simple tips to allow you to hike twice as long.
I would love to share some NLP techniques that have allowed em to understand and be understood.
