HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I spent 13 years traveling and was the recipient of the kindness of strangers more than once. Now that I am settled in Portland, hosting on CS is my way of giving back.

Interests

My passions in life are cutting hair and traveling. Really I just like to make people look their best while getting to know them. I cut hair professionally but currently can't travel much due to work and paying off bills, so opening my home seemed the next best thing. There's a lot of music, late night dances, bbq's, and hiking going on here on any given evening.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing moments... I've seen some great places, walked along the sea wall in Akko Israel, hiked across Spain after reading "The Pilgrimage" by Paulo Cuelho, rode motorcycles around Las Vegas. I really just get my kicks meeting people, hearing stories, and sharing the experience.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can always share my home, wifi, bbq, and my a/c. Often times I can show you the city and some of my favorite haunts.
