ABOUT ME

I am an English as a Second Language teacher in Denver, Colorado. I love Denver and being outdoors in the mountains. My activities included hiking, skiing, and camping. I am a huge music fanatic and love discussing, listening and exploring new music from all over the world....especially funk!

I have lived in Asia for two years teaching English and have been traveling seriously since 2005. I have a love for meeting others and experiencing new cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to experience the greatness and joys shared by all human spirit. I believe strongly in connections through cultural exchange.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This will be my first trip couchsurfing. I have heard a lot about the group and have attended meetings in Denver, Colorado. I hope to bring a high level of cultural exchange through openness, honesty and friendliness.

Went sledding down the Great Wall of China in a snowstorm. Hiked the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal.

Since I am an English language teacher, I am always open to helping others improve their English skills. I am very interested in learning Spanish. I hope to find a host that would like to teach me and speak with me. I am very interested in knowing local restaurants, bars, clubs, theaters, parks that a regular tourist or backpacker might overlook.
