Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Loads but always through friends and friends of friends. Interested in making it more random. I think opening your private space up to strangers can result in very cool things happening and the possible benefits make the potential drawbacks seem pretty small.

Interests

Finding beautiful natural places, hiking, cycling, fighting/sparring with friendly people, seeing as much of the world and its people as possible, figuring out ways to make this world into one of local sustainable communities instead of the industrialized leviathan that is consuming everything.

Rode a freight train through the Coast Mountains under the most amazing star-filled sky I have ever witnessed.

I can fix bikes well and build things. I can cook decently when i have the company to inspire me to do so. Interested in learning more about alternative building techniques.
