About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am competing in the Vail Resorts Epic Pass Race trying to ski 26 different resorts in 20 days in 6 states & 4 countries.

ABOUT ME

I am a skier and snowboarder competing in the Vail Resorts Epic Pass Race.

PHILOSOPHY

I prefer to live, not dwell.

I'd rather look at the sky than the floor.

I love the joy in achievement or even the joy of trying.

I love falling down and learning and getting up and trying again.

Failing is learning.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm pretty new to official couchsurfing but I've been hosting and surfing with friends around the world for years.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been to 30+ countries and 48 states. Sometimes I've stayed in hostels, houses, hotels, tents, busses, cars, boats, hammocks and airports.

Interests

I love to ski, snowboard and telemark in the winter. I love driving, technology, mountains, ocean, boats, food, cocktails with egg whites or peppers, hot sauces. I love to travel. I love all types of live music, hoppy beer and sometimes cooking.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Matrix is a great movie. Toots and the Maytals are a great band. I'll stop there because they are both that good.

The last book I read was, My Life in Scientific Advertising sounds boring but it was pretty good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Victoria Falls is the sings most epic visual I've seen on this earth. Zimbabwe is cheap, you should go.
